Reymart Cerin is a co-founder of The Public School Manila, an independent branding and design studio based in Manila that focuses on helping government agencies, non-profit organizations, and start-up companies with their communication and design. Reymart was a creative consultant for various government agencies like Intramuros Administration, Department of Budget & Management, Commission on Elections, and Design Center of the Philippines.

An advocate of good public design, he has worked with local and international cultural and heritage institutions like Japan Foundation Manila, Instituto Cervantes Manila, Ayala Museum, President Elpidio Quirino Foundation, Ishinomaki Laboratory, and iDiscover Hongkong, and At Present Singapore. 

An active member of the Escolta Block community, he co-founded The Manila Creative Exchange, an initiative that serves as a platform for creatives in Manila to collaborate and foster a community through different community-building programs. He also served as the Festival Director of one of the biggest creative community-led festivals in the Philippines, the Escolta Block Festival. 

He is currently a Creative Consultant for Metro Manila Development Authority & Municipality of Guiuan in Eastern Samar.
